Manisha Chowdhury

Manisha is an electronics and communication engineer from B.I.T Mesra, India and has more than 25 years of experience in IT .She has held senior leadership positions in various multinational organisations and has evolved as a specialist in multi-site distributed software engineering practices and IT service delivery management. Prior to taking up this role she was the head of a captive offshore delivery centre of Siemens Information Systems Limited in Kolkata, focused on Healthcare product development for Siemens Medical Solutions, U.S.A. Before Siemens, she has served a string of reputed multinationals namely GE, 7 Technologies, RS Software, Sema Schlumberger and others. Manisha strongly believes that no nation is any longer constrained by national boundaries but is a part of an interdependent international network for which the overall software lifecycle and human resource management processes need to be changed appropriately. She has made several publications on global sourcing, collaborative software development , agile in the context of offshore development etc. Manisha, through her natural leadership abilities and vision, dreams of positioning Aptsource and its innovative solutions and services in the forefront of global healthcare information technology ecosystem.

Sreekumar Banerjee

Sreekumar or Sree as he is fondly called, has more than 26 years of professional experience in application software space with proven success story in Business Management, Service Delivery Management, Customer Engagement Management, Strategic & Solution Consulting, Outsourcing and Off shoring models/processes and best practices. His specialties had been ‘Build and Operate’ of large Offshore Development Centres, directing delivery excellence programs and building focused practices in solution and IT business areas. Prior to joining Aptsource Sree was Practice Area Leader for AIS, Financial Services at IBM. Prior to IBM Sreekumar has served eminent organisations like NIC, HCL, TCG and Siemens in senior leadership positions. Sreekumar believes that technology alone however sophisticated it may be does not translate into value unless supported by solid engineering and topped with appropriate innovation. Sree’s visionary technology leadership is a key driver to Aptsource’s current product offerings and technology consulting portfolio. His childlike curiosity about technology and legendary problem solving skills has shaped the career of many talented young engineers working at Aptsource.
